Reconstruction of the municipal road in Nehrybka and construction of a car park in Ostrów

Summary

The contract is divided into two lots, and bidders may tender for both: (1) reconstruction of a 290-metre section of the municipal road between the cemetery in Nehrybka and Obozowa Street in Przemyśl; and (2) construction of a car park on plots 149/8 and 756/21 in Ostrów. The road works include milling the existing surface, laying asphalt pavement layers and reinforced aggregate shoulders, constructing access roads, installing safety barriers and clearing ditches. The car park works include a manoeuvring road, nine standard parking spaces and one accessible space, a footpath, earthworks, alteration of a culvert and road markings. The works must be completed within 45 calendar days of signing the contract. Workers carrying out earthworks, operating earth-moving machinery and restoring road surfaces must be employed under employment contracts. To participate, the bidder must assign at least one person qualified to manage road engineering works. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the required warranty is 36 months, and a 48-month warranty receives the maximum score for the warranty criterion. The offer and required declarations must be submitted electronically.
