The lots include various medicines, including injectable and tablet forms, salbutamol for nebulisation, infusion solutions, a wound-cleansing and moisturising solution, and sterile gel containing lidocaine and chlorhexidine. Deliveries will be made in instalments as needed. The standard delivery time is two working days, or 12 hours for an urgent order. For lots 1–2 and 5–12, bidders need a permit to trade in medicinal products; this requirement does not apply to lots 3 and 4. Bidders must submit the offer form, the technical specification and price form for each lot bid for, the required declarations, and evidence of valid marketing authorisation for medicines or valid marketing and use authorisation for medical devices. No separate financial or technical capacity requirements are specified.
