Modernisation of the Road Infrastructure of Kłobuck County – 2 Lots

Summary

The tender covers construction works on two road sections in Kłobuck County, Poland. Lot 1 renews the surface of road DP 2029 S in Dąbrowa: 1,216.1 m² will be milled and resurfaced with a new 4 cm wearing course, alongside drainage works and repairs to a small section of footway. The works must be completed within 21 days of contract signature. Lot 2 restores the surface of road DP 2033 S and repairs the footway in Dankowice Drugie: 4,087.2 m² of road surface will be renewed, and works will also restore, among other items, 396.5 m² of footways and accessways, install kerbs and clean ditches. The completion period is 45 days from contract signature. Bids may cover either or both lots; a price and a whole-month warranty period of 36–60 months must be offered for each lot. Price accounts for 80% of the evaluation and warranty for 20%; the minimum acceptable warranty is 36 months. The works are paid for as a lump sum, and no tender guarantee is required. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the gross bid price and insure the works. Physical construction work, equipment operation, and physical installation and assembly work must generally be performed by employees under employment contracts, except for construction and works managers and self-employed individuals personally carrying out the work. Bidders must demonstrate relevant roadworks experience and assign a person with the required road construction qualifications. The deadline for submitting bids is 15 October 2026 at 10:00.
