CPR and defibrillation training kits and bleeding-control training equipment

Summary

The Polish Red Cross is procuring first-aid training equipment in two tasks. Task 1 covers adult CPR training kits, adult-child-infant CPR manikin sets, spare parts for the manikins, training defibrillators and replacement training electrodes. The guaranteed quantities are 16 adult manikin kits (six manikins per kit), 16 adult-child-infant manikin sets, 456 spare parts, 16 defibrillator kits (six devices per kit), and 160 electrodes. Task 2 covers 13 training kits for bleeding control and dressing upper-limb injuries. The purchaser may also exercise an option for up to 4 adult manikin kits, 8 multi-age manikin sets and 4 defibrillator kits under Task 1, and up to 3 training kits under Task 2. Delivery is required to 17 locations in Poland; products must be new and manufactured in 2025 or later. Price is the sole award criterion (100%). The bid deadline is 8 October 2026 at 10:00. The main tender document sets delivery-stage periods from contract signature of 30 and 40 days for Task 1 and 50 and 60 days for Task 2, for the guaranteed and optional orders respectively; the technical specification also contains different delivery-period wording, which should be checked against the tender documents.
