Paving works beside the MGOK in Daleszyce

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a paved area beside the Daleszyce municipal cultural and recreation centre (MGOK), on plot 1470. The works include site preparation and excavation, construction of a crushed-stone base, installation of 80 mm grey concrete paving blocks, and installation of light-grey concrete edging. The finished area must allow people with disabilities to move around safely and without obstruction. If the contractor proposes alternatives to the materials described in the tender documents, it must demonstrate their equivalence. The works must be completed within two months of signing the contract. The minimum quality guarantee is 36 months, and the defect-liability period is 60 months. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and extended warranty for 40%; a 36-month warranty earns 0 points, 37–48 months earns 10 points, 49–59 months earns 20 points, and 60 months or more earns 40 points. Offers with a warranty below 36 months will be rejected. The bid security is PLN 3,500. The selected bidder must provide contract-performance security equal to 5% of its offer price and, before signing the contract, civil-liability insurance with coverage of at least the offer price. The bid must include the required declarations; the successful bidder must provide evidence of relevant works and site-manager experience when requested. The price must be a lump sum covering all costs, and the selected bidder must submit a detailed cost estimate before the contract is signed.
