Design and installation of standby generators at four public facilities

Summary

The contract covers the design, supply, installation and commissioning of four standby generators for a school in Stanisławów, the primary school in Pustelnik, a school in Ładzyń and the water treatment plant in Sokół. The work includes technical designs and required approvals and permits, electrical connections and automatic transfer switching (ATS), testing, remote-control configuration, staff training and as-built documentation. The generators at the three schools must be enclosed by lockable fencing; the water-treatment-plant generator will be installed in an existing container. The required continuous ratings are 150 kVA/120 kW, 125 kVA/100 kW, 63 kVA/50 kW and 100 kVA/80 kW, respectively. Equipment must be new and meet the technical requirements in the tender documents; equivalent solutions are allowed if the bidder substantiates compliance. The work must be completed by 28 December 2026. The technical specification requires a warranty of at least 60 months or 1,000 operating hours; price and the warranty and support period are also considered in the evaluation. The bid must include the required forms, declarations and technical description of the equipment. Before signing the contract, the selected bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price.
