Purchase of an agricultural tractor for Smyków Municipality under the OLiOC 2026 Programme

Summary

Smyków Municipality is purchasing one new agricultural tractor to support logistics and continuity of supplies under the OLiOC 2026 Programme. The tractor must be a 2025 model year or newer, suitable for right-hand traffic, and meet minimum requirements including a 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with a capacity of 3,700–4,000 cm³, at least 95 hp and Stage V emissions; four-wheel drive; at least 30 forward and 30 reverse gears; and a speed range of 0.3–40 km/h. It must have front and rear three-point linkages with lifting capacities of at least 2,000 kg and 4,500 kg respectively, a hydraulic pump delivering at least 55 l/min, at least six rear and one front hydraulic outlets, a rear power take-off with two speeds, and a heated, air-conditioned cab. The tractor must weigh at least 4,000 kg including the cab, be 2,000–2,100 mm wide, and have a wheelbase of 2,350–2,450 mm; minimum tyre sizes are 380/85R24 front and 420/85R34 rear. The supplier must deliver the tractor to the contracting authority’s premises at its own expense within no more than 60 days and provide a 24-month warranty and authorised warranty and post-warranty service in Poland within 150 km of the authority. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and delivery time (40%): delivery within 60 days scores 0 points, within 50 days 20 points, and within 40 days 40 points. The bid must identify the manufacturer, type, model and year of manufacture and include a detailed description demonstrating compliance with the technical requirements.
