Purchase of a tracked mini excavator and attachments for the Municipality of Czarna Białostocka

The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of a new tracked mini excavator with attachments and a transport trailer for the Municipality of Czarna Białostocka. The excavator must have been manufactured in 2025 or 2026. Key requirements include a water-cooled diesel engine rated at 16–18 kW, displacement of at least 1,350 cm³, four cylinders, a weight of 2,500–2,800 kg and a digging depth of 2,200–2,600 mm. A warranty of at least 24 months, equipment operating and conformity documents, and training for at least two operators are required. To participate, the bidder must have properly completed at least one delivery of a new tracked mini excavator with attachments during the preceding three years, or demonstrate deliveries during its shorter period of operation.
