Recurring deliveries of cleaning products and supplies – order no. 2

Summary

The tender covers recurring deliveries of cleaning products and other cleaning and household supplies to a rheumatology centre for 12 months. It is divided into four lots: cleaning chemicals for the Ustroń site; paper products, towels, cloths, refuse bags, mops and cleaning cloths for Ustroń; cleaning chemicals for the Górki Wielkie site; and paper products and other cleaning and household supplies for that site. The products and quantities used for pricing are listed in a catalogue for each lot. The stated quantities are for comparing bids; actual orders will depend on the contracting authority’s needs, but purchases under the contract will amount to at least 65% of its gross value. The contract runs for 12 months. Deliveries are generally made once a month, Monday to Thursday between 9:00 and 12:00, and no later than three working days after an order is placed. Lots for Ustroń are delivered to Szpitalna 11, Ustroń; lots for Górki Wielkie are delivered to Harcerska 31, Górki Wielkie. Bidders may bid for one or more lots; each lot is evaluated separately, and price is the only award criterion. No bid guarantee is required. Each bid must include the signed bid form, the signed assortment-and-price catalogue for the relevant lot, and an editable file with calculations matching the catalogue; the editable file need not be signed. The bid must be in Polish, prices must be in Polish złoty and stated to two decimal places; unit prices with more than two decimal places may lead to rejection. The bidder’s declaration concerning exclusion grounds must also be included. For lot 2, the bid must confirm that the towels in catalogue item 36 meet the stated specifications. The bid must be submitted electronically and signed by an authorised person. No separate qualification criteria, such as turnover or prior-experience requirements, have been set.
