Repair of the damaged roof structure at the historic church of the Wieluń Land Museum

Summary

The contract covers repair of a damaged section of the roof-bearing structure of an early 17th-century former Bernardine and Protestant church at Ewangelicka 6 in Wieluń. The contractor must carry out construction and carpentry works in accordance with the design, notify the building supervision authority and heritage conservation authority before starting work, and obtain the documents required for the completed works to be brought into use. The works must be completed by 18 December 2026. The bid must cover the entire contract; partial and variant bids are not allowed. The bidder must demonstrate at least one relevant reference project and provide a construction manager holding unrestricted structural and building qualifications. A bid security of PLN 2,670 is required, and the offered warranty must be 36–60 months. The evaluation weights are price 60% and warranty 40%. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract price and evidence of current liability insurance. The works must use suitable materials, the site must be kept tidy, and a health and safety plan must be prepared.
