Comprehensive electricity supply and distribution to the regional offices in Kalisz and Konin

Summary

The tender covers the sale and distribution of electricity to the regional offices of the Provincial Labour Office in Poznan in Kalisz and Konin, at Serbinowska 5, Kalisz, and Zakładowa 4, Konin. Estimated consumption is 4,568 kWh and 107,331 kWh respectively; the contracting authority guarantees use of at least 50% of the estimated quantity. The supplier must arrange distribution and commercial balancing and ensure the required electricity quality and billing. The contract is to start when the financial limit of the current contract is reached or on 1 January 2027, whichever occurs first, and will run until the agreed amount is exhausted or no later than 31 December 2027. The bidder must also demonstrate at least one properly performed electricity-sale supply contract worth at least PLN 345,000 gross during the previous three years. The bid must include the required declarations and price schedule; no tender guarantee is required.
