Purchase of generators under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme III

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of four generators: three stationary units rated respectively at 30–35 kW, 40–44 kW and 25–30 kW, and one mobile generator rated at 40–70 kW with a trailer. The three stationary units must be delivered and installed; the mobile unit must be supplied with its trailer. Detailed technical requirements are set out in the technical description in the tender documents. The equipment must be new and unused, and the price must include transport, unloading, installation and commissioning. Delivery is due within 30 days of contract signing. The supplier must train people designated by the contracting authority in operating and maintaining the equipment and provide the required documents. The warranty must be at least 24 months; a warranty of up to 48 months earns additional evaluation points. The bid must include the manufacturer’s catalogue or technical specification demonstrating compliance with the technical requirements. A tender guarantee of PLN 2,000 is required. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%). The bidder must submit a declaration that no exclusion grounds apply and submit a properly signed electronic bid.
