Supply of furniture and equipment for quiet activity areas in kindergartens

Summary

The procurement covers furniture and equipment for learning, rest and quiet activity areas in kindergartens and a preschool class operated by units of the Municipality of Chrzanów. It is divided into three lots: lots 1 and 2 supply emolab furnishings to Municipal Kindergartens No. 4 and No. 5 in Chrzanów respectively; lot 3 supplies furniture for the preschool class at Primary School No. 6. Items include acoustic wall panels and quiet booths, modular sofas, poufs, beanbags, tables, shelving and modular furniture for children’s rest and retreat areas. Bidders may tender for one or more lots. Products must meet the technical specifications; any equivalent solution must be substantiated with technical and/or functional descriptions. The bid price must include delivery, transport, carrying items inside and, where applicable, assembly and installation. Delivery is due within six weeks, or 42 days, of contract signature. The offered warranty must be at least 36 months; warranties of up to 60 months are scored in the evaluation. Price carries 60% of the points and warranty period 40%.
