Construction of a civil protection and civil defence supplies warehouse – Stage II, Part I construction works

Summary

The tender covers Part I of the construction works for Stage II of a warehouse for civil protection and civil defence supplies in Bysław. The works include site preparation and earthworks, the warehouse foundations, and water, sewerage and electrical connections. Surplus soil must be stored on the construction site. The offer must state a lump-sum gross price and the warranty period; the works must be completed by 10 December 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty duration for 40%; the minimum warranty is 36 months, and no more than 60 months are counted in the evaluation. The bidder must appoint at least one suitably qualified site manager and submit the required declaration concerning participation conditions and exclusion grounds with its offer. The successful bidder must provide, among other things, evidence of the site manager’s qualifications, proof of insurance and performance security amounting to 5% of the contract price when signing the contract. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish.
