Heating oil supply to school complexes in Jordanów for the 2026/2027 heating season

Summary

The tender covers the regular supply of light heating oil to two school complexes in Jordanów during the 2026/2027 heating season. The estimated quantities are approximately 65,000 litres for the H. Kołłątaj school complex and 50,000 litres for the P. Dańkowski school complex. Actual quantities will depend on demand, but the combined amount ordered will be at least 70,000 litres. Deliveries will be made over a contract period of up to eight months to four boiler rooms, at the supplier’s cost and risk. Each delivery must be at least 3,000 litres and arrive within 72 hours of an order; deliveries are made on working days between 8:00 and 15:00, with the delivery time agreed with the purchaser at least three hours in advance. The heating oil must comply with standard PN-C 96024:2020-12, grade L-1, and the quality parameters specified in the tender documents. Each invoice must be accompanied by a quality certificate and analysis issued by the producer or its authorised body, as well as the producer’s price list applicable on the delivery date. For comparing bids, the producer’s price on 30 September 2026 is the reference price, to which the bidder adds a fixed margin or from which it deducts a fixed discount. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11:00 on 8 October 2026.
