Construction of street lighting along district roads in Skulsk municipality

Summary

The contract covers the construction and extension of street lighting at five locations on district roads in Skulsk municipality: approximately 2.5 km on the Skulsk–Mielnica Duża road, approximately 2.4 km on the Lisewo–Gawrony road, installation of missing lights on existing electricity poles along the Skulska Wieś–Lisewo Parcele road, approximately 881 m on the Skulska Wieś–Rakowo road, and approximately 750 m on the Kolonia Warzymowska–Koszewo road. The works include installing new lighting, mounting luminaires on existing poles and installing solar lights as specified in the project. The luminaires must meet the technical and photometric requirements in the tender documents and be compatible with the specified lighting-control system. The works must be completed by 10 December 2026. The bid must include photometric calculations demonstrating compliance and a PLN 5,000 bid guarantee. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 2% of the total bid price and civil liability insurance covering the contract subject for at least the bid price before signing the contract. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be between 3 and 5 years. Bidders must demonstrate at least one qualifying street or park lighting project and provide a specialist with the required electrical construction-management authorisation.
