Extension of the Fałkowice Volunteer Fire Station and Improved Conditions for Cultural Activities

Summary

The tender concerns the second phase of construction works for the extension and reconstruction of the volunteer fire station building in Fałkowice. The works include, among other things, installing doors, interior and exterior finishing, stormwater drainage, sanitary installations, the building façade and site development. The works must be carried out while keeping the building safe to use and without obstructing the volunteer fire brigade’s emergency operations; the detailed scope is set out in the design documents and works schedule. The completion period is up to six months from contract signature, and payment is a lump sum. Bids must be submitted electronically by 09:00 on 15 October 2026. Price is worth 60 points and a warranty of at least 60 months is worth up to 40 points; warranty points are awarded up to 72 months. Bidders must demonstrate the required previous construction experience and provide managers qualified in three relevant construction disciplines. Workers carrying out physical work must be employed under employment contracts. No bid security is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% before signing the contract.
