Improvement of road infrastructure in the Municipality of Zbójna

Summary

The contract covers resurfacing roads in the Municipality of Zbójna: approximately 648 m in Kuzie, 767 m in Kuzie Brzeziny, two sections of approximately 410.3 m and 538.7 m in Osowiec, 465 m in Stanisławowo, 335 m in Laski, and 918 m in Tabory Rzym. The works include laying a 9 cm asphalt or bituminous surface over a strengthened base. The project documentation governs the works, and the offer price must include work specified in the project even if it is not listed in the auxiliary bill of quantities. The completion period is six months from contract signature. Bids must cover the entire contract; partial and variant bids are not permitted. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty for 40%; the minimum warranty is 36 months, with warranty periods assessed up to 72 months. Bidders must have at least PLN 1,400,000 in liability insurance, the specified roadworks experience and a qualified roadworks manager. Road-construction activities must be performed by employees hired under employment contracts. A performance security equal to 5% of the contract price must be provided before the contract is signed. The bid submission deadline is 16 October 2026 at 09:00.
