Construction of street lighting in Serniki municipality

Summary

The procurement covers construction of street lighting in three parts of Serniki municipality: in Serniki Kolonia, low-voltage cables, 21 street-lighting poles and 21 LED luminaires; in Wólka Zabłocka, cables, 8 poles and 9 LED luminaires; and in Nowa Wola, cables, 4 poles and 4 LED luminaires. The luminaires’ remote-control system must be compatible with the municipality’s existing system. Tenders may be submitted for individual lots. The works must be completed within 45 days of signing the contract. Evaluation gives 60% to price and 40% to the length of the quality warranty, which must be 36–60 months. For each lot bid for, tenderers must demonstrate relevant previous street-lighting construction or reconstruction experience and provide a suitably qualified electrical construction manager. The successful tenderer must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the gross tender price before signing the contract.
