Delivery of heating oil to the Jan Brzechwa Primary School in Szczepanów

The procurement is for approximately 49,300 litres of light EL-class heating oil for the Jan Brzechwa Primary School in Szczepanów. Deliveries will run from contract signature until 31 August 2027. The oil must meet the specified quality requirements: calorific value of at least 42.6 MJ/kg, sulphur content no greater than 0.1%, density at 15°C no greater than 860 kg/m³, and pour point no higher than –20°C. At its own expense, the supplier must make successive deliveries, including loading, transport and unloading, and provide the manufacturer’s quality certificate with each delivery. The offered delivery time must be between 2 and 7 days; bids are evaluated on price (60%) and delivery time (40%). The bidder must hold a valid licence to trade in fuels throughout the contract period. The bid must include the completed offer form and required declarations, and identify the manufacturer and its website, as well as the manufacturer’s gross price for 1 m³ of heating oil published by 18:00 on 6 October 2026. Partial bids and subcontracting are not permitted. No bid security is required.
