Revitalisation of the Boiler House as a Cultural and Social Centre – Design and Build

Summary

The contract covers the design and reconstruction of a former boiler-house building as a modern cultural and social centre in Dąbrowa Tarnowska. The contractor will prepare the complete design documentation, carry out the building and external construction, installation and finishing works, equip the premises and obtain the occupancy permit. The four-storey centre is planned to include cultural and workshop spaces, premises for non-governmental organisations, a conference and cinema/theatre hall, a lift and building services, as well as an outdoor stage, access routes, parking, landscaping and a recreation area. The bid must include the required cost summary, declarations and a PLN 100,000 bid guarantee. Completion and acceptance are due by 30 November 2028; the minimum warranty is 36 months. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty duration (40%).
