Comprehensive Electricity Supply in 2027 for the Fund’s Building in Zielona Góra

Summary

The procurement covers the sale and comprehensive supply of electricity to the building of the regional environmental and water-management fund in Zielona Góra from 1 January to 31 December 2027. It covers one C11-tariff consumption point, with estimated consumption of 30,000 kWh. The building roof and garage have a photovoltaic installation rated at 38.8–40 kWp. The buyer does not require an agreement to purchase surplus electricity; electricity is to be settled using inter-phase balancing. The supplier must arrange the change of electricity seller, submit the required notifications, represent the buyer before the distribution system operator and arrange the contractual distribution solution. The buyer may exercise an option to increase supply by up to 20% of the net contract value by adding consumption points or increasing demand at existing points. The option may be exercised until 31 December 2027. The bidder must hold a Polish energy-regulator concession for electricity trading and provide evidence of at least one properly performed comprehensive electricity supply contract for at least one administrative and social-use building during the last three years. The offer must include the price form and required declarations. Price is the sole award criterion, and the lowest-priced bid will be selected. Partial and variant bids are not permitted; no tender guarantee or performance security is required. The bid submission deadline is 8 October 2026 at 10:00.
