Supply of non-caking road salt for a sand-salt mixture to the Łęczna Winter Road Maintenance Base

Summary

The tender is for the delivery of up to 80 tonnes of non-caking road salt for a sand-salt mixture to the Winter Road Maintenance Base at Przemysłowa 16 in Łęczna. The price must include transport. The salt must comply with standard PN-86/C-84081/02: at least 90% NaCl, no more than 8% water-insoluble substances and 3% water, 20 mg/kg of anti-caking potassium ferrocyanide, and a grain size of 1–6 mm. The residue on the upper 6 mm sieve may not exceed 10%, and the material passing through the lower 1 mm sieve may not exceed 20%. A declaration of conformity with the required standard must accompany each delivery batch. The contract must be completed within 7 days of signing, with deliveries made as needed within 48 hours of notification. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and payment period (40%); bidders may choose 7, 14, 21 or 30 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 09:00 on 8 October 2026. No tender guarantee is required.
