Winter maintenance of county roads in the Municipality of Ujsoły

Summary

The contract covers winter maintenance of county roads in the Municipality of Ujsoły, divided into three lots and running through 30 April 2027. The work includes clearing snow from roads and treating winter slipperiness to maintenance standard III, with roads kept bare, and, depending on the lot, maintaining sidewalks, car parks, bus stops, bus bays and other paved areas. Treatment materials include sand, unsorted aggregate with a grain size of up to 4 mm, and road salt. The lots cover: road S-1439 from the boundary with Rajcza municipality to the border crossing at Glinka, including sidewalks and areas near the crossing; road S-1442 from Ujsoły to Soblówka, including two car parks by the church; and road S-1441 from Ujsoły to Złatna, including a bus stop and paved areas. The bidder must have the vehicles, ploughs and spreader required for the relevant lot; lot 1 also requires equipment for sidewalk maintenance. Daily winter-maintenance reports must be kept, and spreading materials must be cleared after the season. Offers will be assessed on price (60%) and the time to provide a replacement vehicle in case of breakdown (40%). The replacement-vehicle response time must be stated in the offer: one hour or less scores 40 points; over one hour and up to 1.5 hours scores 30; over 1.5 and up to 2 hours scores 15; and over 2 hours scores 0. Offers must be submitted electronically by 9:00 on 8 October 2026.
