Cashless purchase of diesel fuel for a 5,000-litre tank – JG/8/2026

Summary

The tender is for the successive supply of approximately 120,000 litres of diesel fuel to Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne “PEKOM” S.A.’s 5,000-litre tank at Św. Brata Alberta 8, Żary. The supplier must arrange transport at its own cost and risk and install a dispensing and refuelling-record system compatible with the tank, duly verified and calibrated. The fuel must meet PN-EN 590:2013-12 and applicable quality requirements; each delivery must be accompanied by a quality certificate and consignment note. Price accounts for 60% of the score and delivery time for 40%: 24 hours earns 40 points, 48 hours 20 points and 72 hours 0 points. Bidders must hold a liquid-fuel trading concession, submit the required declarations and provide a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee.
