Supply of a Variable-Speed Screw Compressor for RCO

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of one new variable-speed, oil-injected screw compressor for a waste recovery centre in Krosno. The contractor must remove the existing compressor and any equipment obstructing installation, install the new compressor, connect it to the existing electrical distribution board and compressed-air system, configure it to operate with a smaller fixed-speed compressor, and adapt the existing ventilation. The facility may be shut down for up to 48 hours, so the work schedule must allow for weekend work. The compressor must be new, from serial production, and manufactured in 2026 or later. Requirements include a maximum operating pressure of 13 bar, air delivery of 6–19 m³/min at 7.5 bar, maximum power consumption of 130 kW, IE4 efficiency, noise not exceeding 77 dB(A), and dimensions no greater than 1,420 × 2,330 × 1,990 mm. It must include remote monitoring, touchscreen controls, a cyclone separator with an electronic condensate drain, and a 60-month warranty and statutory defect-liability period. The supplier must provide CE conformity documentation, user manuals in Polish, a spare-parts catalogue, and documents needed to register the equipment; the contractor bears transport and warranty-service costs. The contracting authority is responsible for the UDT acceptance inspection. Offers are due by 11:00 on 13 October 2026. Each offer must include a technical description, a declaration that no exclusion grounds apply, and a PLN 3,000 bid guarantee. No separate bidder qualification conditions have been set. Price is the only award criterion. Delivery is due within three months of contract signing.
