Supply and installation of backup generators at educational facilities and a wastewater treatment plant

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of five backup generators, including connection installations and automatic transfer systems, at schools, a kindergarten and a wastewater treatment plant in Strzegowo municipality. The required capacities are 65 kW at Dąbrowa Primary School, 85 kW at Niedzbórz Primary School, 105 kW at the Strzegowo School Complex, 105 kW at the Strzegowo wastewater treatment plant and 125 kW at the Strzegowo municipal kindergarten. The work must be completed within 60 days of contract signing and no later than 21 December 2026. The contract is not divided into lots. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be at least 24 months, and periods up to 60 months count toward evaluation. Bidders must provide evidence of the required previous contracts and a PLN 9,000 tender guarantee. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price before signing the contract.
