Purchase and delivery of a 9-seat vehicle adapted for wheelchair users

Summary

Gmina Janów Podlaski is purchasing one new, unused 9-seat vehicle (driver plus 8 passengers) adapted to transport people who use wheelchairs. The vehicle must be manufactured in 2026 or later and have a diesel engine meeting at least Euro 6 emissions standards, a displacement of at least 1,900 cm³ and power of at least 140 hp / 125 kW, an automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. Its length must be approximately 4,950–5,300 mm, its height approximately 1,850–2,050 mm, and its wheelbase at least 3,200 mm. Type approval is required both for the base vehicle and for the vehicle adapted to transport people with disabilities. Accessibility equipment must include a foldable, non-slip wheelchair ramp, floor rails for securing at least one wheelchair, and approved restraints for the wheelchair and passenger. Other required equipment includes, among other things, air conditioning for both the front and passenger compartments, front and rear parking sensors, a rear-view camera, a tow bar, and sets of wheels with summer and winter tyres. The vehicle must be marked in accordance with road traffic and funding requirements and delivered to Janów Podlaski by 20 November 2026. Minimum warranties are 24 months for mechanical components, 36 months for the paintwork and 60 months against body perforation. Price is the sole award criterion. The offer must identify the vehicle’s make, model and year of manufacture and include the required declarations and, where applicable, documents confirming authority to act.
