Supply of a voltage-stabilised generator for emergency power at the Oświęcim bus charging station

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of one new voltage-stabilised generator for emergency power at the MZK bus charging station in Oświęcim. The generator must be suitable for outdoor use, meet at least class G3, provide a maximum output of 275 kVA / 220 kW and a continuous output of 250 kVA / 200 kW. It must be new, from current production, and manufactured no more than 12 months before delivery. The bid must identify its manufacturer and model and include a product description or equivalent documents demonstrating the required parameters. The equipment includes, among other items, a starting battery, battery charger, engine heater, oil and coolant, fault alarm, emergency stop button and MODBUS RTU communication card. The supplier must deliver the generator, provide operating and maintenance instruction, and honour the warranty. Delivery is due within 60 calendar days of signing the contract and no later than 20 December 2026. The offered warranty and defect-liability period must be 36 to 60 months; price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%.
