Outdoor-area cleaning, snow clearance and ice removal at prosecutor’s offices in Poznań and the surrounding region

Summary

The contract covers outdoor-area cleaning, snow clearance and ice removal at 16 sites belonging to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Poznań and subordinate prosecutor’s offices. The contractor must use its own equipment, tools and materials. The sites have a total area of 9,855.26 m² and are located in Poznań and other towns in the region. The service will run for 12 months from contract signature, but not before 15 November 2026. Bidders must have experience providing at least two outdoor-area cleaning services during the last three years: each service must have lasted continuously for at least 12 months and been worth at least PLN 50,000. Third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000 and a bid guarantee of PLN 3,000 are also required. Price is the only award criterion. The deadline for submitting bids is 8 October 2026 at 12:00. The successful bidder must provide contract-performance security equal to 5% of its gross bid price before signing the contract.
