Supply of a new nine-seat vehicle adapted for wheelchair users for the Krobia Community Support Centre

Summary

The procurement is for one new, unused M1 passenger vehicle for the Środowiskowy Dom Samopomocy community support centre in Krobia. Its standard configuration must seat nine people including the driver, and the completed adaptation must allow at least one person travelling in a wheelchair to be carried safely. The vehicle must be a 2026 model year or newer, with a diesel engine producing at least 100 kW (136 hp) and 330 Nm, Euro 6e emissions or the currently applicable equivalent, and an automatic gearbox with at least eight gears. Requirements include a right-hand sliding door, heating and cooling delivered to the passenger compartment, a reversing camera, front and rear parking sensors, a maximum overall height of 1,950 mm, a wheelchair restraint system and two safe access ramps. The delivery must also include documents needed for registration and use in Poland, Polish-language instructions, and training on the vehicle and its adaptation. Delivery is due by 11 December 2026. The bid price must cover the vehicle, adaptation, documents, delivery and any optional features declared for scoring. Minimum warranties are 24 months for both the vehicle and the adaptation, rails, wheelchair restraint system and ramps; any mileage cap on the vehicle warranty must be at least 100,000 km. Bids will be evaluated on price (50%) and, for the other 50%, access to rear seats, seat reconfiguration, rear access, sliding doors on both sides, wheelchair-restraint ergonomics, rear air conditioning and additional safety systems. Participation requires the prescribed offer form and declarations, together with technical evidence for the specific vehicle and adaptation.
