Printing and delivery of business cards, printed stationery and information materials

Summary

The procurement covers printing and delivery of business cards, printed stationery and information materials for the Chancellery of the Senate of Poland over a 12-month period. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots, and orders will be placed progressively as required. Lot I covers an estimated 16,000 personalised business cards for senators and the Chancellery, including embossed cards. The minimum order for one name and set of contact details is 100 cards; the standard delivery period is 10 working days. Lot II covers 41 types of printed items and information materials, including letter paper, posters, envelopes, folders, postcards, educational materials, leaflets and books. The standard delivery period is up to 12 working days; senators’ letter paper is due within 10 working days, posters within 5, and senators’ envelopes within 25. Printing must meet the format, paper, colour and finishing specifications in the tender documents. Lot II goods must be delivered in protective packaging to the Chancellery’s warehouse in Warsaw; the supplier must also unload the delivery and arrange pyrotechnic inspection of each consignment. For Lot II, the bidder must demonstrate at least two printing services performed within the previous three years, with a combined gross value of at least PLN 200,000. People performing printing work under Lot II must be employed under employment contracts. Price carries a 60% weighting and delivery time 40%, with points available for shorter delivery times. The minimum payment by the authority is 40% of the contract value for each lot, and the successful bidder for Lot II must provide performance security of 3% of the contract value before signing.
