Purchase of two modular pneumatic tent sets with accessories

Summary

The tender covers the purchase and delivery of two new modular pneumatic tent sets with accessories for civil protection and civil defence in the city of Żary. Each set must include one main tent with a usable area of at least 25 m² and four additional tents of at least 30 m² each; all tents must be at least 2.5 m high. They must be quick to erect, weather-resistant and capable of being connected into larger modules. The supply includes, among other items, compressors, LED lighting, electrical distribution boards, extension cables, repair kits, transport bags and heaters rated at least 10 kW. The contractor must deliver the sets at its own expense to the city warehouse in Żary, train three representatives of the contracting authority, provide operating documentation in Polish and prepare 10 A3/A4 information panels for attachment to the tents. The goods must be new, manufactured no earlier than 12 months before delivery, have a service life of at least 10 years and carry a warranty of at least 24 months. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish and include the required preliminary declaration and a PLN 10,000 bid guarantee. The bidder must have duly completed at least one comparable delivery worth at least PLN 200,000 during the previous three years. Price is the sole award criterion. The offer submission deadline is 7 October 2026 at 09:00, and delivery is due by 18 December 2026.
