Cleaning and grounds maintenance for the courts in Sieradz

Summary

The contract covers daily cleaning of the interior and exterior of the district and regional court building in Sieradz, disinfection and grounds maintenance. Tasks include cleaning floors, offices, courtrooms, toilets and archives; replenishing hygiene supplies; periodic window and textile cleaning; sorting waste; and removing snow and ice in winter. The contractor must also clean the premises of the probation centre attached to the Sieradz District Court once a week. Services will run for 12 months, but not before 1 November 2026. The contractor must provide its own cleaning products, equipment and supplies and organize the work at the specified frequencies and staffing times. At the main court building, routine cleaning is scheduled from 14:00 to 21:00 with six people Monday to Thursday and five people on Fridays; two people provide daytime service from 08:00 to 14:00, and one person maintains the outdoor areas from 06:00 to 12:00. One person cleans the probation centre on Fridays from 08:00 to 14:00. Following overnight snowfall, snow and ice must be cleared by 07:00. Most cleaning staff must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract, except for high-window cleaning, carpet and curtain washing, and blind cleaning. The contract is reserved for sheltered workshops, social cooperatives and other providers with an eligible social-integration purpose; employees with disabilities must make up at least 30% of the workforce. The bidder must hold liability insurance with coverage of at least PLN 500,000 and have completed or be performing at least two separate contracts in the past three years for cleaning the interiors and exteriors of buildings, each worth at least PLN 400,000 gross; an ongoing service must have been performed for at least 12 months. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and the proposed service-quality inspection arrangements (40%). The tender must be submitted electronically by 09:00 on 7 October 2026.
