Organisation of social trips for seniors

Summary

The procurement is for organising social, educational and integration trips for seniors under the “Golden Age – Beautiful Age” project. A total of 16 day trips must be arranged from Częstochowa: four trips to each destination—Warsaw, Sandomierz, Wrocław and the Świętokrzyskie Mountains area. Each group is planned to include up to 50 seniors, and the contractor must also provide two senior-club staff members for each group. Participants may include people with mobility disabilities. The service includes return coach transport, an educational and social programme with the required admission tickets and a group escort, a separate guide if needed, accident insurance, a two-course lunch and a packed meal for the journey. The itineraries include attractions and museums according to the destination. Coaches must be no more than 15 years old, in good technical condition and equipped, among other things, with air conditioning, heating, seat belts and an operational toilet. Suitable transport and places must be provided for passengers with disabilities. The contract runs for up to six months after signing, but no later than 28 February 2027. Trips will take place on weekdays, on dates set by the contracting authority. The bidder must be registered as a tour operator, hold authorisation for road passenger transport in Poland, and have experience organising at least 8 coach trips, each for at least 40 participants. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and experience for 40%. Payment is based on the actual number of participants, which will be notified five working days before each trip; no compensation is payable if fewer participants attend than forecast. The bid must include the required declarations and documents and be submitted by 7 October 2026 at 09:00.
