Physical security services, electronic security system monitoring and intervention group support for the District Court in Ostrów Wielkopolski

Summary

The tender covers security for the District Court in Ostrów Wielkopolski at two buildings and their surrounding grounds from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The service includes direct physical guarding, security screening of buildings and visitors, operating metal detectors and baggage X-ray equipment, managing gates, cloakrooms, keys and access cards, and round-the-clock monitoring of alarm, fire detection, CCTV and access-control systems. Both sites also require 24/7 remote monitoring and intervention-group support. At the Sądowa 2 building, one guard is required around the clock, with an additional daytime guard on working days. At the Partyzancka 32 building, two guards are required during daytime working hours; at other times the building is protected by electronic monitoring and mobile response. The estimated basic volume is 15,912 physical-security staff-hours, with an option for up to 90 additional hours. The intervention group must arrive within 15 minutes. Offers are assessed on price (60%), the number of guards with at least 24 months of relevant experience (20%), response time (10%), and the Security Coordinator's experience (10%). The bidder must hold a valid security-services concession, civil liability insurance of at least PLN 2,000,000, and the required experience and personnel. Staff performing direct security and specified on-site service duties must generally be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract.
