Summary

Radom University is procuring furniture for student social, relaxation and interaction areas, including delivery, unloading, carrying into rooms, assembly and placement. The procurement is divided into four packages: Package I includes coffee and other tables, sofas, pouffes, shelving and cabinets; Package II includes a sofa, an armchair and pouffes; Package III includes nine three-seat sofas; and Package IV includes four three-seat sofas and four round metal tables. Bids may cover one or more packages, but must include all products in each package offered. The furniture must be new, safe, approved for use in the EU and, within each package, compatible as a visually consistent set. Delivery and installation are at the University’s designated premises in Radom. Completion is due within three months of contract signing. Bidders may offer a shorter period: one month earns 40 evaluation points, two months earns 20 points, and three months earns 0 points. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and completion time for 40%. Furniture must carry a warranty of at least 24 months, and bids must include manufacturer, model and technical details, together with the required product information and evidence. No minimum financial, economic or past-experience thresholds are set. No tender guarantee is required.
