Electricity supply for Kiszkowo Municipality’s street lighting and facilities, 2027–2028

Summary

Kiszkowo Municipality is purchasing electricity for 138 consumption points serving street lighting and municipal facilities from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The estimated total consumption is 704.2 MWh; the tender documents also provide forecasts by customer group. Payment will be based on metered consumption, at a fixed unit price throughout the contract. The forecast is indicative, and bidders must allow for consumption to vary by up to ±50%; payment is due only for electricity actually consumed. The selected supplier must complete the steps required to change the electricity supplier and notify the distribution system operator. Distribution services are not part of this procurement. Price is the sole award criterion (100%), and partial bids are not allowed. The bid must include a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee, and the bidder must hold a valid electricity trading concession throughout the contract. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 October 2026 at 09:00.
