Supply of Generators, UPS and OT Cybersecurity Solutions for PGK in Grodzisko Dolne

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots and aims to improve the reliability of power supply and the cybersecurity of operational technology at water and wastewater facilities in Grodzisko Dolne. A bidder may tender for one or both lots but must cover the full scope of each lot bid for. Lot 1 covers the supply and commissioning of one 10 kVA / 10 kW UPS and two sound-attenuated mobile generators with automatic transfer systems. The UPS warranty must be at least 36 months and the generators’ warranties at least 24 months. Lot 2 covers the supply, configuration and commissioning of a physical or virtual OT jump station and security hardening of the contracting authority’s existing OT/IIoT and related IT/SCADA systems. The work includes activating and integrating a private APN service and maintaining and supporting the implemented solutions for 36 months. The work must not replace industrial automation equipment, modify PLC or SCADA control programs, or interrupt technological operations. Final handover requires at least two days of staff training, full documentation and a security audit report. The private APN must achieve at least 99.5% availability per month. Delivery, configuration and commissioning for both lots must be completed by 30 November 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. No separate turnover, past-experience or staffing qualification thresholds are set. The bid must include the offer form, price schedule, offered-parameters schedule and exclusion declaration. Bids must be submitted electronically by 7 October 2026 at 10:00.
