Supply of a crew-cab van

Summary

The procurement is for one new crew-cab van with a separate cargo area for the Małopolska Voivodeship Office in Krakow. The vehicle must have at least six seats, be diesel-powered, have been manufactured in 2025 or later, have a maximum authorised mass of 3,500 kg and meet the technical and equipment requirements in the tender documents. These include an engine displacement of at least 1,950 cm³ and power of at least 160 hp, Euro 6 emissions standard, automatic transmission, front-wheel drive and CO₂ emissions no higher than 230 g/km; dimensions, payload, cargo-space volume and equipment are also specified. Delivery is due within one month of contract signing, to the contracting authority’s premises in Krakow. The stated budget allocation is PLN 220,000 including VAT. The bidder must submit the offer form, a statement confirming that no exclusion grounds apply, and the completed vehicle specification. No separate turnover, experience or staffing requirements are set. Minimum warranties are 3 years for the vehicle, 3 years for the paintwork and 6 years against body perforation; manufacturer-authorised servicing and warranty repairs must be available in Krakow during the warranty period. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%), vehicle warranty (11%), paintwork warranty (10%), body perforation warranty (10%), energy consumption (3%), CO₂ emissions (3%), and emissions of nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons and particulates (3%).
