Winter maintenance of roads in Sulejówek during the 2026/2027 season

Summary

The contract covers winter maintenance of municipal roads, sidewalks, parking areas, bus bays and other public spaces in the City of Sulejówek during the 2026/2027 season. Services include snow clearance and treatment of slippery surfaces, combined ploughing and spreading where needed, on-call maintenance of unpaved roads, loading and removal of snow, pumping out standing water, and delivery of anti-slip material. The contractor must remain ready to respond throughout the contract, monitor weather and road conditions around the clock, keep the required fleet operational, and maintain work and GPS records. Estimated quantities include 85.85 km of paved roads, about 30 km of unpaved roads, 43,415 m² of sidewalks, treatment of 22,580 m² of sidewalks, removal of 200 m³ of snow, pumping of 25 m³ of water, and delivery of 30 tonnes of spreading material. Actual quantities depend on weather and the contracting authority’s needs. The contract lasts six months. Bidders need liability insurance of at least PLN 400,000, at least two qualifying previous winter-maintenance contracts, and the equipment specified in the tender documents. Personnel performing certain tasks must be employed under employment contracts. Bid security is PLN 8,000. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the invoice payment period for 40%; a 30-day period earns the maximum score, a period of up to 21 days earns no points, and periods of 22–29 days are not accepted.
