Supply of office furniture, swivel chairs and ergonomic footrests for Subcarpathian Voivodeship Office staff

Summary

The procurement is divided into seven lots and covers office furniture for staff of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship Office in its Rzeszów offices and the Krosno and Tarnobrzeg branches, plus 20 swivel chairs and 20 ergonomic footrests for the medical dispatch centre. The furniture lots include desks, drawer units, shelves, filing and wardrobe cabinets, and other office furnishings. Bidders may submit an offer for one, several or all lots. The supplier must deliver, carry in, install and position the goods by 15 December 2026; these costs must be included in the offer price. The minimum warranty is 2 years for furniture and 3 years for chairs and footrests. Goods must be new and defect-free and meet the tender documents’ safety, durability, dimensional and functional requirements. Equivalent products may be offered with supporting evidence of equivalence. For lots 6 and 7, the offer must include the manufacturer’s technical description. Price is the sole award criterion. The offer deadline is 9 October 2026 at 10:00. Bid security is PLN 2,000 for lot 1, PLN 4,000 for lot 2 and PLN 1,500 for lot 6; no security is required for lots 3, 4, 5 or 7.
