The procurement concerns construction works for the reinforcement of the surface of service road No. 1 located in the road corridor of voivodeship road No. 966, reference No. 081, km 0+000–0+520 in Gdów. The contractor will perform preparatory, demolition, cold milling, sub-base, asphalt concrete pavement and wearing course layers, drainage and turnout works, curb installation, and shoulder work, as defined by the bill of quantities (Attachment 3a SWZ), technical specifications (Attachment 3b SWZ), and project documentation (Attachment 3c SWZ). The contractor must provide a competent project/site management team, comply with safety and environmental requirements, and ensure quality control. Payment is cost-based with final value determined from the as-built estimate; the contract duration is up to 2 months from contract signing, and not later than 15 December 2026. The tender is to be submitted electronically via the e-Zamówienia platform. A warranty period of 60–72 months applies as per the contract.
