Construction of a civil protection warehouse – stage I (II tender)

Summary

The procurement concerns the construction of a civil protection warehouse for the Bratian municipality – stage I of a two-stage procedure. The contract covers site preparation, earthworks, building and finishing works, including concrete, steel structures, roofing and finishing, in accordance with the project documentation and STWiOR. The award criteria assign 60% to price and 40% to the warranty/defects liability period. Bidders must demonstrate experience on at least one construction project in the last five years with a value not less than PLN 150,000 (gross); at least one site manager with a valid license is required; the bidder must provide evidence of qualifications and comply with employment and other legal requirements. Subcontracting is allowed under the SWZ; DNSH compliance is required.
