Development of local sports infrastructure through renovation of locker-room and sanitary facilities, trainer rooms and the communication corridor

Summary

This tender concerns the renovation of locker-room and sanitary facilities, trainer rooms and the connecting corridor at the Sports and Recreation Center in Sępólno Krajeńskie (Chojnicka Street 19). The contractor must demonstrate appropriate technical and economic capacity and employ key personnel for construction management and supervision. The project is funded by the Physical Culture Development Fund and is conducted under a basic, non-negotiated procedure. The price should be submitted in accordance with the SWZ; the construction period is 4 months from contract award; the warranty period is 48–72 months; opening will take place at Sępólno Krajeńskie, Tadeusza Kościuszki 11, room 7E. All tender submission deadlines and requirements are specified in the SWZ.
