Summary

The contract covers development of project documentation and construction works for the renovation and adaptation of building no. 78 in the Warsaw Citadel for Muzeum Wojska Polskiego (MWP) offices and wood and metal conservation laboratories. The design-build approach is used. The scope includes multidisciplinary design (PB+PW) with STWiORB, BIOZ, budget estimates and as-built documentation; works include architectural and structural modifications, mechanical, electrical and telecommunication systems upgrades, fire safety and accessibility compliance, and energy efficiency improvements. PFU will be updated to current standards; contractor must provide qualified staff, manage subcontractors, coordinate with the customer, and deliver documentation and conservation-compliant solutions.
