The tender concerns the Stage VIII/2026 modernization/renovation of the staircase in the building at Ludwika Waryńskiego 4 in Bielsku-Biała, which is part of the Bielsku-Biała Municipality’s assets and managed by the Housing Management Company. The contract covers comprehensive works as defined by the contract documents: painting of walls and ceilings with preparatory work, partial plaster removal and re-plastering, horizontal damp-proofing by crystal injection at ground level, renovation of wooden doors (adjustment, reinforcement and replacement of missing parts, painting), replacement of wooden window joinery to match the existing pattern, replacement of PVC window sills, renovation of door joinery to the storage room and to flat No. 4, cleaning and painting of steel structures and pipelines, repair of concrete floor, repair of the electrical meter enclosure and lighting fixtures with LED, floor cleaning and waste removal.
