Reconstruction and extension of the Kwileniu village community centre building and the OSP volunteer fire station

Summary

This tender concerns the reconstruction and extension of the Kwileniu village community centre building and the OSP volunteer fire station. It is co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development under the CAP 2023–2027. The contract covers building works (earthworks, foundations, masonry, roofing, windows/doors, paving), sanitary works (water supply, sanitary sewer, central heating, heat pump technology, ventilation) and electrical works (WLZ, exterior lighting, distribution boards, cabling, lightning protection, electrical installations). The procurement uses a two-criterion evaluation: price (60%) and warranty period (40%). The minimum qualifications include: at least one completed building project in the last five years with value not less than PLN 1,500,000; at least one site manager with appropriate construction licenses and minimum experience (construction, electrical, and HVAC/associated disciplines with specified experience).
