Development of green-blue infrastructure in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska

Summary

The tender concerns the development of green-blue infrastructure in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska city through a design-and-build approach across nine locations. The contract covers design and construction based on the Functional-Utility Program and STWiORB specifications, plus administrative steps to enable proper use of the buildings. The project includes ecological investments such as planting trees, shrubs and local flora to support biodiversity and microclimate, small retention facilities, and educational/informational installations (e.g., information boards, totems). The nine locations will be developed, financed under EU funds from the Małopolska 2021-2027 programme (Priority 2, Action 2.15). The contract duration is up to 11 months from the signing of the contract.
