The tender concerns winter maintenance of county roads in Włocławski County for the 2026/2027 season, divided into two parts. Part 1 covers Lubień Kujawski municipality roads totaling 42.613 km; Part 2 covers Boniewo, Izbica Kujawska and Lubraniec municipalities roads totaling 107.026 km. Works include snow removal, anti-slip measures and black-ice removal according to standards I–III. The bidder must meet minimum technical and employment requirements: two medium-duty and two heavy-duty steel snow ploughs with dual-axle drive; one solarko-piaskarka; one loader with capacity at least 1 m3; and employment of personnel under an employment contract. The contract duration is 5 months. Price is 60% of the award and the time to mobilize for winter action (30, 45 or 60 minutes) is 40%.
